Quartz aggregate
Double-broadcast colored quartz in epoxy. The thickest, hardest and most slip-resistant build we offer — specified where floors get abused and washed down.
Quartz is a troweled and broadcast system, not a coating. Two full broadcasts of ceramic-coated quartz build a monolithic surface thick enough to take impact that would chip a thin-mil epoxy right off the slab.
Because the aggregate is ceramic-coated, the color is fired into the grain — it won't fade, bleach out under sanitizer, or wear pale in traffic lanes.
We cove the base up the wall where sanitation matters, so there's no seam at the floor-wall joint for water or bacteria to sit in. Grout-free, drain-sloped, and hose-down ready.
