Product — Flake

Flake broadcast

Our most-installed system. Vinyl chips broadcast to refusal into a pigmented basecoat, then locked under a polyaspartic wear layer.

Flake is the workhorse. The chips add a mechanical texture underfoot, and because the blend reads as a pattern rather than a flat field, tire marks, patch lines and old slab repairs disappear fast.

We broadcast to refusal — meaning we keep throwing chips until the floor won't take another one — then scrape and vacuum the loose material before topcoating. Skipping that scrape is where cheap installs fail.

A coat of polyaspartic goes over the top. That's the layer taking your hot tires, dropped sockets and road salt, and it's UV-stable so the color doesn't amber out near the garage door.
