Rockledge

Rockledge is 10 minutes from our shop, and it's where we do some of our most design-driven work. Homes along Rockledge Drive and in the Viera-adjacent communities often want a floor that reads as a finished interior surface, not a utility coating.

That's where metallic systems come in. Metallic epoxy is a poured, pigmented floor that's swirled while wet, so every install is one of a kind — we've done everything from deep pearl browns to aqua marble looks in Brevard homes. It's a common choice for Rockledge sunrooms, entryways, and showpiece garages.

For garages, laundry rooms, and utility spaces, full broadcast flake is the workhorse. It hides dust and tire marks, adds grip, and comes in dozens of blends, so you can match a floor to the trim and cabinetry rather than settling for gray.

Older riverfront homes on Rockledge Drive tend to have thicker, hand-poured slabs with settling and prior coatings; newer Viera-side construction is flatter but greener. We prep for what's actually in front of us — diamond grind, crack repair, moisture test — before any product goes down.

Interior work also means dust control and containment. We seal off adjoining rooms and run vacuum-shrouded grinders so the rest of the house stays livable during the install.
